| A development of six terraced houses. The works were constructed by Premier Developments on behalf of an SPV Royston Homes. The funder was the Blackfinch Group. Acting on behalf of the lender we prepared an initial due diligence report to comment on the proposals and identifying risks. During the construction phase we conducted monthly site visits and draw down reports. Reports included the monitoring of risks identified in our initial report and commenting upon site issues, changes, and residual risks, thus ensuring that the funders investment was protected. The units were completed to a very high quality standard for open market sale.
