A development of 4Nr detached private dwellings.
The works were constructed by Abode Holdings Limited and funder by Downing LLP.
We acted on behalf of the lender preparing an initial due diligence report to comment on the proposals and identifying risks.
During the construction phase we conducted monthly site visits and draw down reports. Reports included the monitoring of risks identified in our initial report and commenting upon site issues, changes, and residual risks, thus ensuring that the funders investment was protected.
The units were completed to a very high quality standard for open market sale.
2nr units were sold and occupied before completion of the development indicating the site location, quality of the design and workmanship.
