A former agricultural barn with Prior Approval is being converted into a new five bedroom house. Passivhaus is one of the most stringent efficiency standards ensuring buildings are designed and built to an exceptionally high standard.
We are working with Shu Architects who are passive house designers with great teamwork and support from structural engineers, Build Collective, M&E consultants, Greengauge, and passive house certifiers Etude.
The final form is elegant simplicity, where we have been designing out complexity and costs, whilst ensuring the Passivhaus concept is maintained.
Make Group are the chosen Contractor to deliver the scheme and are making good progress, building with the accuracy and attention to detail that is all so important in delivering Passivhaus schemes.
