The end user was located on two floors of St Catherine’s House in Bristol and were at the end of their lease period, looking to consolidate operations onto a single floor.

Company Interiors were appointed to design and fit-out the new offices including the project management of the move.

With the Client wishing to occupy and maintain operations the move management process required the creation of swing space on the ground floor to temporarily re-locate staff whilst the first floor fit-out was completed. Following the move the ground floor was refurbished on a dilapidations basis.

RMS provided Contract and Construction Management services assisting with Client changes and managing the supply chain.

The works were completed in accordance with the agreed programme and the final account agreed with the Client and supply chain shortly after completion.

I worked with Jon on a few projects and his support has been invaluable for us to deliver a quality project that is accurately reported in all aspects of costs controls and detailed valuations. I have no hesitation in recommending his services and would gladly use him again.
