We are a construction management consultancy based in Bristol, providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to both the public and private sectors.

The current company, Ross Management Services Ltd (RMS) was established in 2019 and is led by its founding Director Jonathan Ross who has over 38 years industry experience. The RMS brand was formed following a re-structuring of the Wilkinson Cowan Partnership (WCP). Working in association with WCP, we are able to share resources and expertise with the Stockport and Liverpool Offices to provide national coverage.

RMS understand the changing nature of our role in the construction process. The approach to our services reflect the importance of soft skills and relationship building in what is often seen as a technical discipline.

Our team care about their performance and transfer this passion to whatever they do, from a minor cost estimate to a major contractual dispute and there is no doubt our clients benefit from this approach.

We consider that excellence in communication is the essential ingredient of a successful project.

Our People

Jon graduated with a BSc Hons Degree as a Quantity Surveyor in 1986 and was elected as a Member of the RICS in 1989. Jon is also dual qualified as Principal Designer since 2008.

Jon has clocked up over 38 years’ experience encompassing Project Management, Quantity Surveying and as Principle Designer, with an extensive list of successful projects.

When he’s not cycling with the ‘Frampton Flyers’ or on the golf course, Jon enjoys family walks with his energetic working Cocker Spaniel, Harvey. Jon wishes that has as much energy as the dog!
